“The Power of the Dog” won five Phoenix Critics Circle (PCC) awards on Fri., Dec. 17, including Best Picture and Best Director for Jane Campion. Benedict Cumberbatch (“The Power of the Dog”) and Kristen Stewart (“Spencer”) took the top acting prizes.
