Writer/director Quentin Tarantino turns 55 on March 27, and ever since he burst on the scene at age 29 with “Reservoir Dogs” (1992), his films have been thrilling moviegoers for over 25 years.   He has a couple projects in the works, including a film set in 1969 during the Charles Manson murders called “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” and an upcoming “Star Trek” project.  Hey, beam us up!
